Who we are

The data controller is Net Seo Media SRL, CUI RO29957449, J2012003328409, Sos. Alexandria, Nr.90, which develops and operates the netSEO Socials platform at netseosocials.com. You can write to us at any time at contact@netseosocials.com.

What data we process

• Data you send through forms: name, email, company, store address and message.
• Account data for platform clients: name, email, company and account settings.
• Data from the accounts you connect: product catalogue and performance from Google Merchant Center, statistics from Google Analytics 4, the Facebook and Instagram page and account data needed for publishing, and the access tokens these services issue.
• Data from the store connector, if you install it: stock, orders aggregated per product, returns and margin. We do not import personal data about your store's customers.
• Technical data: IP address (stored as a cryptographic hash for forms, not in clear), browser type and security logs.

Why we process it and on what basis

• To reply to messages and pilot applications — legitimate interest or steps prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
• To provide the service: product selection, post generation and publishing, results reporting — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To measure site usage with analytics tools — only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• To meet legal obligations such as tax rules — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Who we share it with

We use providers that process data on our behalf: server hosting in the European Union, the AI model provider used to write copy (it receives product data only, no personal data) and email services. Data reaches Meta, Google and the other networks only as far as needed for the publishing you approve.

We do not sell data or use it for third-party advertising.

How long we keep it

• Messages and applications: up to 24 months after the last contact, unless you become a client.
• Account data and data imported from connected accounts: for the duration of the contract and up to 30 days after it ends or after a deletion request.
• Access tokens: until the account is disconnected or access is removed.
• Accounting records: for the period required by tax law.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and you can withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of them, write to contact@netseosocials.com or use the data deletion page.

If you are unhappy, you can complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro), or the authority in your country.

Security

Communication with the site is encrypted (HTTPS), access tokens are stored encrypted, and access to data is limited to the people who need it to provide the service.
