Data deletion
You can ask us to delete the data linked to your account at any time. We confirm the request immediately and complete it within 30 days.
How to request deletion
- Fill in the form below with your account email address.
- You immediately get a confirmation code and a page where you can follow the request.
- Within 30 days we delete the account data, social network access tokens and the data imported from Merchant Center and GA4.
Removing access from Facebook and Instagram
You can remove the netSEO Socials app's access from Facebook at any time: Settings and privacy › Settings › Apps and websites. When you do, Facebook automatically sends us a deletion request, which we handle like the ones below.
What we may keep
We keep only what the law requires, such as issued invoices, for the period set by tax legislation.
