About these terms
These terms apply to the netseosocials.com website and the netSEO Socials platform, provided by Net Seo Media SRL, CUI RO29957449, J2012003328409, Sos. Alexandria, Nr.90. By using the platform you accept these terms.
The service
netSEO Socials analyses your store data from the sources you connect, suggests products to promote, prepares content and publishes it to the connected social networks once you approve it or under the automation rules you enable.
During the pilot, features may be incomplete and may change. We will tell you in advance about changes affecting your account.
Your responsibilities
- You provide accurate product, price and stock data and hold the rights to the images and text in your catalogue.
- You follow the rules of the social networks you publish to and the law on advertising and consumer protection.
- You review posts before approval. Posts you approve, or that are published automatically under your rules, are published on your behalf.
- You keep access to your account secure.
Our responsibilities
- We use your data only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.
- We check price and stock before publishing and do not announce discounts without the required price history.
- We make reasonable efforts to keep the platform running, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability of social networks or Google services.
Limitation of liability
The platform offers data-based recommendations; commercial results are not guaranteed. We are not liable for restrictions social networks place on your account, for incorrect data received from connected sources or for indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the last 12 months.
Ending use
You can stop using the platform at any time and request deletion of your data. We may suspend access in case of abuse or breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are settled amicably or, failing that, by the competent courts in Romania.
