How the platform picks what you post
Every suggested product passes four filters: eligibility, score, mix and diversity. You see the reason in plain words and decide whether it gets published.
What never makes the shortlist
Before scoring, the platform removes products that should not be promoted.
- Unavailable products or, with the connector, products below the minimum stock you set (for example a full set of tyres).
- Products without a valid main image, with an incomplete title or disapproved in Merchant Center.
- Products with a high return or cancellation rate, when the store connector sends that data.
- Products posted within the cooldown period or excluded manually by you.
The score, explained
Each criterion becomes a rank from 0 to 100 within the product's category, then the weights apply. Criteria without data are left out and the remaining weights are rebalanced.
-
Recent sales25%Products bought steadily, weighted towards recent days.
-
Growth trend15%Demand compared with the previous period.
-
Popularity15%Views and add-to-carts.
-

-
Profitability15%Estimated margin, when the data exists.
-

-

Compared within category
A phone case does not compete with a TV. Each product is compared with products in the same category.
Careful with thin data
One visit and one sale is not 100% conversion. Products with little data are pulled towards the category average until they build history.
Recent counts more
A sale three days ago counts more than one a month ago, without rigid "last 30 days" cut-offs.
A mix, not just bestsellers
Post the same products all the time and your audience gets bored, and you never learn what else could sell. The starting mix, which you can change:
- Proven performers 50%
- Products that sell steadily.
- Rising demand 20%
- Products with a good trend.
- New products 20%
- Get a fixed number of exposures to show what they can do.
- Commercial priority 10%
- Campaigns, clearances, large stock.
Diversity rules
- The same product does not return before the cooldown you set.
- A weekly limit per category and per brand.
- Variants of the same product (size, colour) are treated as one product.
- You can force a category or campaign for a set period.
Before and after publishing
Final check
Price, stock, status and image, checked right before sending.
No duplicates
If a network returns a temporary error, we retry without posting twice.
Disconnected accounts
When an account needs reconnecting, we tell you at once and pause publishing to it.
Honest measurement
Every link carries UTM with the post ID. We separate how popular a product is from what the post added.

In the pilot we connect Merchant Center and GA4 together, show you the first suggestions and publish only what you approve.
